My name is Angela and my background is in dinghy sailing. My sister and I have been Dutch, European and 2 time World Champion (1997 & 2019) in the Vaurien. We also did an Olympic Campaign in the 470 but just missed the qualification for 2000. After this intense period I picked up my International Business Studies and became a Project- and Key Account Manager in the employment industry.
After my son passed away in 2015 I struggled with finding a goal in life. I made the huge decision to quit my job, sell my house and become a full time sailor in 2018.
Having a background in Project Management is an enormous advantage when planning & executing your delivery. My eye for detail guarantees some positive adjustments on you yacht and my focus on safety makes that owners and crew feel confident while onboard.
